Colter Simmonds is passionate about helping and mentoring youth in the community.

A proud member of the African Nova Scotian community, Colter is best known as Coach Colter (C.C.) and as the founder of We Will Win Youth Association, an organization that focuses on educating and developing future leaders in the community.

Colter is connected to all the communities that make up the Preston district. His mother was from North Preston and lived in Cherry Brook/Lake Loon, his father is from East Preston. He lived and worked in the Caledonia and Kennedy area of Dartmouth and was raised in North Preston.

As your representative Colter will prioritize community-based mental health services, education and job opportunities for youth, promoting skilled trades and apprenticeships, addressing safety in our communities, and affordable housing.
